We have designed all our hospitality diploma courses with a focus on practical apprehension so that every student is able to build up relevant skills for meeting industry standards. As part of their curriculum, students get to work on hands-on projects which ultimately help them to learn all the aspects of hospitality, viz., Accommodation, Food and Beverage, Travel and Tourism, Front Desk, Entertainment, Recreation, etc.

In terms of the infrastructure, our hotel management institute matches international standards. It has air-conditioned classrooms with LCD projectors, and offers hands-on experience to its students through in-house Travel Agency, fully-equipped Kitchen lab, Modern Restaurant set-up with Bar, Bakery & Confectionery set up, etc.

Kitchen Lab

  • Our Kitchen Lab is fully-equipped with modern equipment like Salamander, Tandoor and other advanced appliances that are required for the international preparations and plating. It is used primarily to introduce the art & science of cookery to the students.

Restaurant Lab

  • Fully furnished & well equipped Restaurant lab with proper bar counter and entire equipment which are used in professional restaurants & bars. This provides first-hand training to students according to requirements of the hospitality Industry.

Front Office Labs

  • Front office is generally the first point of contact with the guest and requires trained professionals. Our front office lab is well-equipped with a lobby, reception area & lounge, providing students the necessary practical exposure.

Bakery Lab

  • Well Equipped with modern equipment like Oven, Proofing Chamber, Chocolate Melting Machine to train the students in the preparation of all types of Baking and Patisserie products like breads, cakes, chocolates, pastries, & desserts.

House Keeping Lab

  • Housekeeping Lab/ Suite is well equipped with the most modern equipment & guest amenities supplies, linen, chemicals etc. required for accommodation upkeep. It provides hands-on experience on daily operations and management of the guest room.
